Management Team
Scott is the founder of Quantum and oversees all business operations. He has been working in the commercial construction industry since earning a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston. In his 20+ year career, Scott has worked in multiple construction disciplines and has contributed to some of the Southeast’s largest commercial construction projects. When Scott isn’t working, you can find him on the water racing sailboats or fishing with family and friends.

President
Kevin oversees our drywall business unit. His focus is on the multi-regional growth of Quantum, but he believes in staying active in project management and estimating as time permits. His experience in the large commercial market affords Quantum opportunities with large-scale projects that will help us grow successfully into the future. Outside the office, you will find Kevin in the Bob Marshall wilderness of Montana each fall, enjoying the bugle of an Elk and the mountain wilderness.

VP of Drywall Operations
Russ pursued a career in construction project management after graduating from the University of Georgia. He has more than 15 years of commercial construction experience and adeptly manages all aspects of Quantum jobs—maintaining project budgets, schedules and quality standards. Outside of work, Russ enjoys hunting and golfing.

As a Regional Manager, James capitalizes on 15 plus years of commercial construction experience to ensure our client’s projects are executed efficiently and maintain a level of quality that we are proud to offer. When outside of work, you can find him volunteering, diving, or hiking in the mountains of South Carolina and Georgia.

Erica coordinates with the rest of our management team to handle all administrative aspects of project management and business operations. After graduating from the College of Charleston with a BA in Communications, Erica worked in various customer service roles and developed her multi-tasking skills. When Erica isn’t in the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Office Manager
Tim brings over twenty years of experience in commercial construction to the Quantum estimating department. He began his career in project management in Georgia before transitioning into his role as the Senior Estimator for Quantum. He brings a vast knowledge of the commercial construction industry, specializing in metal stud framing, drywall and acoustical ceiling estimating, to the Quantum team. When he’s not in the office he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs!

Senior Estimator
Jeb began his career in the trades with Quantum as a Painting Foreman in 2018 before moving into his role as Estimator in 2021. Jeb is originally from Birmingham, AL and attended the University of Alabama where he attained his BA in Communications. After serving 7 years Active Duty in the United States Army as a Scout Paratrooper, he attained his MBA from Belhaven University in Jackson, MS before moving to the Charleston Area. He and his wife Elizabeth and their dog Moonpie currently reside in Hanahan.
Jeb Veal
Estimator
Shaun has over 35 years experience in commercial finishing. He is an expert in his field and brings his vast knowledge to the Quantum team to oversee our teams in the field. He is our go-to man that can lead a team of over 50 people all while fixing a spray pump and ordering material. He makes sure our projects stay on schedule and that all departments are communicating effectively for a successful project completion. When Shaun isn’t supervising our projects, he enjoys cooking, doing home renovations and landscaping.

Operations Manager - Paint
Tim brings over 30 years of construction experience to the Quantum team with 25 years of supervising experience. Tim is an expert in exterior & interior cold-formed metal framing, drywall, suspended ceilings, and division 9 finishes. He has supervised multiple commercial projects throughout the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest, including hospitals, air force bases, hotels, educational facilities, and multiple other builds. He leads our teams in the field and supervises multiple projects at a time. When Tim is not on a project, he enjoys woodworking and spending time with family.
Tim Rigsby
General Superintendent - Drywall
Nick has over 25 years of experience in the painting and drywall industry. He previously worked in Chicago in the drywall industry and has spent the last 17 years as a commercial painter. Nick supervises our crews in the field to ensure a top-quality finish to our projects. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and cheering for the Chicago Cubs.
